Dr. Suka was a national speaker and corporate trainer for 15 years, and President of Personal Growth Foundation, an educational organization that provided personal development programs to over 80,000 participants nationally.
She created and directed the highly successful Peers Optimal Health Program conducted in five centers in Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN. Unhappy with the high relapse rates for alcoholism, she was led to provide this unique and highly successful approach for individuals and families seeking recovery from alcohol dependency.
